We asked about the $3 off coupon and placed our order. After hanging up the phone we realized they hadn't applied the coupon, so we called back to verify. That's when we discovered they had entered the order entirely wrong. We corrected the order and verified the coupon again and waited.
The driver shows up and says the cost is $xx.xx the cost BEFORE the coupon!! Now we were paying with a credit card so things got complicated.
After spending 5+ minutes at the door with the driver while he was on the phone with the store waiting for the manager to come to the phone. We finally have our dinner.
We have to say that our driver was FANTASTIC and handled the situation very well. The management and the person taking the original order completely failed.
The food tasted good...
I don't think we will be ordering from Donato's anytime soon again!April 09, 2017
